Hi! I’m Mark, and I compete in Swimming for Team Ontario. I’ve been part of Special Olympics for 25 years. I can’t remember exactly how I first got involved, but it’s been a big part of my life ever since.
Special Olympics has helped me make friends.
One of my proudest moments was earning 3 gold medals at the Waterloo Provincial Games.
I work at McMaster University as a sports complex attendant and take part in fundraising.
Being part of Team Ontario means I am proud.
My advice? Everyone should try their best and have fun!
