Hi! I’m Ryan, and I compete in Swimming for Team Ontario. I first got involved with Special Olympics when I was named on my swim team at Variety Village, and I’ve now been part of Special Olympics for 10 years.
One of my proudest moments was when I won my bowling trophy. I am also proud of my medals for rhythmic gymnastics.
I attend fundraisers in my community.
Being part of Team Ontario means I get to travel and meet new people, and it gives me a chance to go to Worlds.
My advice? Don’t get distracted and don’t overthink — have fun!
