Hi! I’m Justin, and I compete in Swimming for Team Ontario. I first got involved through Challenger League and have now been part of Special Olympics for 15 years.
Special Olympics has helped me meet new friends while staying healthy and active.
One of my proudest moments was winning Nationals Gold in Antigonish with the Durham Falcons. I also participated in the 2018 National Summer Games in Antigonish for Softball.
I work at Service Canada as a Public Service Officer.
I stay active by attending local fundraisers to spread awareness about Special Olympics and by completing the Athlete Leadership Program.
Being part of Team Ontario gives me an amazing opportunity to compete on a big stage while meeting athletes from all over the country.
My advice? Take advantage of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Do your best and have fun!
