Hi! I’m Austin, and I compete in Swimming for Team Ontario! I started my Special Olympics journey 16 years ago with Alpine Skiing, and since then I’ve built lifelong friendships and had the chance to travel for competitions.
One of my proudest moments was competing at the 2018 National Summer Games in Antigonish, Nova Scotia for swimming.
Being part of Team Ontario means the chance to meet and compete with athletes from across the country.
My advice? A good warm-up makes a good competition!
