Hi! I’m Vincent, and I compete in Bocce for Team Ontario! I first got involved when I came to live with my sister, who is a coach — and I’ve now been part of Special Olympics for 15 years.
Special Olympics has helped me make new friends and get involved in many activities. One of my proudest moments was winning gold at Bocce Provincials and earning silver at Nationals.
Being part of Team Ontario means dedicating myself for many months to prepare and compete at my best.
My advice? Treat everybody with respect if you expect to be treated with respect.
