Hi! I’m Robyn, and I compete in Soccer for Team Ontario! I first got involved when a family friend told me about Special Olympics, and I’ve now been part of it for 30 years.
Special Olympics has helped me make lots of friends — not just in my own community, but across Ontario and beyond. One of my proudest moments was winning a Bronze Medal at the World Games.
I’ve also competed at the 2010 National Games in London for Softball.
I stay active by helping out at fundraisers, tournaments, and community events.
Being part of Team Ontario is another opportunity to meet new people and represent proudly.
My advice? Relax, enjoy the whole experience, and don’t stress — you’ve earned it.
