Hi! I’m Jasmyn, and I compete in Powerlifting for Team Ontario! I first got involved through one of my teachers in grade school and have now been part of Special Olympics for 19 years.
Special Olympics has allowed me to make friends and compete in sports I love. One of my biggest achievements was being selected to attend the Canada Games.
I work as a Food Merchandiser at Shoppers and stay active through fundraisers, the Torch Run, and the Polar Plunge.
Being part of Team Ontario shows that my hard work has paid off.
My advice? Keep pushing toward your goals.
