Hi! I’m Cody, and I compete in Soccer for Team Ontario! I first got involved because my parents were coaches, and I’ve now been part of Special Olympics for 18 years.
Special Olympics has impacted my life in so many positive ways. My proudest moment is finally making it to Nationals with my teammates.
I work as a fashion associate at Walmart and stay active by helping with fundraisers in my community.
Being part of Team Ontario means a lot to me — especially sharing the experience with my teammates.
My advice? I hope all of us are judged by our effort and heart — not anything else.
