Hi! I’m Cheyenne, and I compete in Athletics for Team Ontario! I first got involved with Special Olympics by joining my local program, and I’ve now been part of it for two years.
Special Olympics has impacted my life by teaching me teamwork and helping me grow as an athlete. One of my proudest moments was achieving my goal of qualifying for Team Ontario.
Being selected for Team Ontario means I’ve reached something I worked hard for — and I’m excited to represent my province.
My advice? Work as a team, listen to everyone’s opinions, and support one another.
