Hi! I’m Ashley, and I compete in Athletics for Team Ontario! I first got involved when a family friend started Special Olympics swimming, and I’ve now been part of the program for 12 years.
Special Olympics has greatly impacted my life and helped me grow in confidence. One of my proudest moments was going to the Special Olympics National Games.
I work at a daycare as a supply educator and helper.
Being part of Team Ontario means the world to me — I get to represent Ontario and show what I can do.
My advice? You can do anything if you put your mind to it.
