Hi! I’m Vanessa, and I compete in Tenpin for Team Ontario! I started in Rhythmic Gymnastics and later switched to Tenpin, and I’ve now been involved for 10 years.
Special Olympics has helped me make so many good friends and grow as a person. One of my proudest moments was participating in the Provincial Games and working my way toward Nationals.
Being part of Team Ontario means I’ll get to make even more friends and teammates.
My advice? Just do your best — and enjoy it.
