Hi! I’m Spencer, and I compete in Tenpin for Team Ontario. I first got involved after being told about it by a community member, Aimee Burtch, and I’ve now been part of Special Olympics for 7 years.
Special Olympics has helped me meet a lot of new friends, have fun, and travel to new places.
One of my proudest moments was winning a gold, a silver, and two bronze medals in Waterloo.
I stay active through swimming and basketball.
Being part of Team Ontario means I am proud of myself.
My advice? Don’t give up and have fun.
