Hi! I’m Lori, and I’m part of Team Ontario in Tenpin. I first got involved through the Super Hero Race and have now been part of Special Olympics for 11 years.
Special Olympics has given me some of the best times so far in my life.
One of my proudest moments is watching our athletes achieve their goals and seeing the excitement of a new experience and a new friendship being made.
I am active as a Community Coordinator.
Being part of Team Ontario means seeing friends I’ve made along the way and watching the faces of medal winners — and how these amazing athletes help each other when they lose.
My advice? Take the time to meet someone new.
