Hi! I’m Lizzy, and I compete in Tenpin for Team Ontario. I heard about Special Olympics from a friend and decided to try it out — and I’ve now been involved for 10 years.
Special Olympics has allowed me to meet amazing friends and make tons of memories — from my first tournament to my first Provincials and now my first Nationals.
One of my proudest moments was winning my first gold medal at Provincials.
I work at the Club of White Oaks in Niagara-on-the-Lake as a club cleaner.
Being part of Team Ontario means I have a lot of respect and pride for our province of Ontario and my family.
My advice? Do your best and have fun doing it.
