Hi! I’m Fred, and I compete in Softball for Team Ontario! I first got involved through my mom and stepdad, and I’ve now been part of Special Olympics for 27 years.
Special Olympics has impacted my life positively in so many ways. One of my proudest moments was winning silver at Nationals in Nova Scotia for Softball.
I work as a school custodian and volunteer firefighter and stay active through fundraising in my community.
Being part of Team Ontario means a lot.
My advice? Be friendly and support one another.
