Hi! I’m Clarista, and I compete in Softball for Team Ontario. I got involved through word of mouth, and Special Olympics has helped me with my disability.
One of my proudest moments is when I hit the ball and ran home — that feeling stays with me.
Going to Nationals again with my softball team means a lot to me… and I’m ready to have fun in Medicine Hat!
My advice? Don’t give up on your dreams. Don’t be afraid to try something new.
