Hi! I’m Ray, and I compete in Bocce for Team Ontario! I first got involved through my friends, and I’ve now been part of Special Olympics for 15 years.
Special Olympics has helped me meet new friends and stay active. One of my proudest moments was going to Corner Brook, Newfoundland for skiing at Nationals — that was an incredible experience.
I also support my community by helping with fundraisers, including selling programs at hockey games.
My advice? Have fun and meet new friends — that’s what it’s all about!
