Hi! I’m Joshua, and I compete in Athletics for Team Ontario! I first got involved through my gym teacher, and I’ve now been part of Special Olympics for six years.
Special Olympics has helped me grow as a person and build confidence. One of my proudest moments was hitting a buzzer-beater shot in basketball — a moment I’ll never forget.
Being part of Team Ontario feels like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
My advice? Have fun and enjoy every moment.
