Hi! I’m Emma, and I compete in Athletics for Team Ontario! I first found Special Olympics through a website, and I’ve now been involved for four years.
Special Olympics has been a joy in my life. Making it to the National Games is a highlight for me, and it means a lot — especially knowing how proud my family is.
I stay active by participating as an athlete and helping with fundraising events like Tim Hortons and Torch Runs.
My advice? Try hard, and you’ll get to do exciting events!
